Today, our agency provides skilled nursing care, hospice care, therapy/rehabilitative services, medical social work assistance, and home health aide services for some 10,000 patients each year in Fairfield, New Haven and Litchfield counties. VNS offers these comprehensive programs and services with a talented and valued staff; many whom have advanced credentialing in their field of expertise.
